NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLLS

AND PROPERTY VALUATION PROTEST DEADLINE

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Sec. 77-1315 that the County Assessor has filed with the County Clerk the Certification of Assessment Rolls for Gage County and that pursuant to Sec. 77-1502 and 77-1229 any Gage County taxpayer wishing to protest his or her valuation must file said protest either in person at the Gage County Clerk’s Office, 612 Grant St., Beatrice NE, by County Drop Box on 7^th Street next to the US Postal Box, or by mail with the Gage County Clerk’s Office, PO Box 429, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310, on or before June 30, 2026.
